It is often difficult to contact all of your customers over the phone. Wrong numbers, answering machines and busy signals are some of the obstacles to making effective contacts over the phone.

Try placing a card on the dash or seat of every vehicle that enters your service department or body shop. On the inside, type a message similar to ours...

Our main goal is to make sure that every customer is completely satisfied.

If for any reason you are not, please contact your service team manager or our customer relations representative.

Phone Number Place the business cards on the inside for each contact person that the customer has.

Customers immediately get the card and know that the dealership cares. Correct numbers are given, even numbers that will bypass the operator and go directly to the correct person.
